Dr. Wiper received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University Medical School in Cleveland, Ohio. He went on to complete his residency at the University Hospital of Cleveland in Cleveland, Ohio. He then completed a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Wiper is Board Certified in Gynecologic Oncology, Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
