Dr. Duncan earned his M.D. at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He completed his internship and residency in Radiation Oncology at Duke University where he served as Chief Resident and Assistant Professor. He is board certified in Radiation Oncology by the American Board of Radiology.
