Dr. Terry earned his M.D. and completed his internship in surgery at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Following a tour of duty in the U.S. Navy, he completed his residency in Radiation Oncology at Yale University. Before coming to Greenville in 1971, he served as a faculty member at the University of North Carolina. He is certified by the American Board of Radiology and is a fellow of the American College of Radiology.
