Dr. Zurenko earned his M.D. at the State University of New York Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine and his residency in Radiation Oncology at SUNY Upstate, as well as Syracuse. Dr. Zurenko is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology in Radiation Oncology and is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners.

Dr. Zurenko is the Medical Director of Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital's Cancer Center.
