Johnson-Losinski received her nursing degree in 2003 from Hillsborough Community College in Plant City, Florida. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Nurse Practitioner degree in 2008 from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.
She is a certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and has a background in oncology care, including stem cell transplantation, gynecologic oncology and chemotherapy. Johnson-Losinski joined Cancer Centers of the Carolinas in 2009.
