Cancer Centers of the Carolinas will be sending out Patient Satisfaction Surveys to our patients beginning in August 2007 through a new survey tool. New patients who began their treatments at Cancer Centers of the Carolinas in 2007 will be randomly surveyed. For privacy reasons, the survey will come in an envelope that simply states "Survey Research, 2007".

If you receive one of our surveys, we would greatly appreciate if you would provide your candidate feedback to us. Please complete the survey and return in the postage-paid envelope provided. Our goal is to continuously improve our service to you, our valued patient.
