David J. Bush M.D.
Dr. Bush received his medical degree from the University of Iowa. He completed his specialty training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr. Bush spent the major part of his professional career in New Orleans where he was Head of Radiation Oncology at the Ochsner Clinic, Clinical Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology at Louisiana State University and Associate Professor of Clinical Radiation Oncology at Tulane University. He was also Director of Radiation Oncology at the Louisiana State Medical Center in New Orleans.
Dr. Bush is a fellow of the American College of Radiology and a member of the American Society for Radiation Oncology. He has served on several committees involving research studies for RTOG, NCCSG and NSABP.
In 2002, Dr Bush moved to the Upstate. He is on the Board of Hospice of the Foothills. He and his wife Cynthia are active in St. Marks Methodist Church and enjoy their lives and activities in the Keowee Key Community.
